Aufgaben

ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) is a leading manufacturer of multidimensional measurement solutions. These include coordinate measuring machines, optical and multi-sensor systems, microscopy systems for industrial quality assurance and measurement software for the automotive, aircraft, mechanical engineering, plastics and medical technology industries. The portfolio is complemented by innovative technologies such as 3D X-ray measurement technology for quality inspection. The Industrial Quality Solutions division is headquartered in Oberkochen.

You will be the responsible Product Owner for our B2B Webshop, called IQS Quality Software Store (SWS). SWS is a growing part of the IQS and allows IQS-customers to download, trial and purchase software products for their quality control of their products. As key element of the IQS strategy, the SWS has high priority and visibility in the organization.

• you will derive, structure and prioritize customer requirements in an international environment

• together with internal stakeholders you drive the digitalization of main the processes which IQS uses to serve customers. In parallel you drive new digital business models

• you will define the strategic roadmap for the Software Store

• you coordinate the interdisciplinary and cross-functional implementation of new processes

• you write user stories and instruct the DevTeam

• you apply agile software development, also using the SAFe framework

• you interact with UI/UX specialists to deliver the features as part of a perfect ordering experience

• you manage growth projects (country roll outs)

• you support the launch of new products and ensure they can be ordered from day one on

• you ensure all software releases are bug-free and meet the high expectations of our customers. One key performance indicator is 100% uptime of the system

• you support data & analytics activities for tracking and evidence-based decision making

• you integrate the application in our omnichannel customer portal

Profil

• Master in Engineering with strong focus on Software (development) or comparable senior qualification

• Several years of sales experience or working experience in a quality department with active quality control, using tactile or optical QC tools

• Alternatively, a background in a R&D/ Engineering department but also working with tactile or optical measuring devices (reverse engineering of prototypes, setting up line production) would be equally welcome

• Open in communication, as well as reliable, self-organized, and able to manage several workstreams in parallel

• Ability to deliver results with a focus on customer benefits = ability to get into the customers' shoes (be it the metrologist, working with the machine or the quality manager, focusing on overall quality assurance)

• Willingness to take over responsibility and make decisions

• Fluency in English, German is desirable
